Can you use the little bottle of lemon juice? It says it is 100% lemon juice. And how much do you put in with the water. Do you use a whole lemon, a half lemon???

I use the bottle most of the time and find it works fine. Others might disagree, but I have found it to be beneficial. I am in fact sipping on some right now. I usually use about a teaspoon maybe a little less. Basicaly enough to give the water a lightly cloudy look. As a side bar, I am finding Alka Seltzer Gold reeally to be helping with the Herxing.

I use lemon oil, which is super concentrated, and a couple drops do the work of entire lemon (and taste WAYYYYY better). Plus, it's portable.http://www.youngliving.com/essential-oils/Lemon -------------------- Julie _ _ ___ _ _ lymeinhell Blessed are those who expect nothing, for they shall not be disappointed.

I cut up a lemon and put it in a huge jar of water in the fridge. I've been hearing about alka seltzer gold, maybe I should try it? -------------------- Treating lyme, bart and babs
