I have been feeling pretty bad for the past few days (herxing, I believe) and I have been having some pretty bad pelvic pain, it feels sore like someone squished my insides.

I have had had bladder problems which I believe are lyme related.Could I be having pain because the antibiotics are killing off bb in the bladder area?
Anyone else experience this?

Go get checked at the urologist to make sure everything is ok. I had similar symptoms and turned out (for me) that it was a disc issue. A degenenrative disc was revealed after the MRI

If it's muscular spasms at all, that can be stretched out. I did this in the pool over 9 months time and stopped abdominal/pelvic pain.

I have never found out if mine is Lyme pain in the pelvic area or Interstitial Cystitis (IC).

Sorry, I know how it hurts. Swimming? Warm bath?

Thanks for the responses! I am on doxycyline, and the pelvic pain gets really bad at the same time I start feeling really bad from herxing. I was concerned the abx were hurting me but now it "seems" that the pelvic pain flares along with everything else and eases as my other symptoms get better. I'm thinking if it gets worse while I'm not herxing I'll go see the doc!

Ok now this post just took my breath bladder away. Kidding. What happens to the bladder bc the pain I've been having severe cramping like menstrual minus the uterus. And very big change in the urge to go is gonzo. Now I have an awareness of very very full and it is. I'm concerned about the expance that weakens it.

I love this web site. There seams to always have ans before the question 

I am having identical symptoms. Keeps waking me up in the night. Also on doxy. Just went to doc today, she is sending me for an ultrasound to be sure it isn't anything serious. Also did a urinalysis. She suggested taking an excellent quality organic cranberry supplement to decrease the pH and hopefully stave off any possible infection.
