Does anybody get extra fatigue when taking phrma/magnesium???500-100mg.....

this is tablet form/GMP//I also have the gel...

I usually only take it at nit , but like Elavil does it give a foggy ,limp, hangover feeling?????

Can it cause extreme fatigue or facilitate it?

What's it's main purpose??? Been told to take it by several doc's. Thanks

I have sprayed magnesium oil on my skin and almost immediately I had head pressure, slight increase in twitches, etc. It seems like I almost had a mini herx reaction from it. It's not bad enough to keep me from taking mag, but it is weird.

I believe spirochetes use magnesium, so maybe it's their reaction to getting fed? I honestly don't know but I actually have heard a couple other lymies say they too feel herxy or not so great after magnesium. Perhaps this is a reaction from having low mag levels until we get our levels up higher??

At the same time some people have great improvement on mag and I do know we need magnesium!!!

Maybe someone else can offer some more input!

I used to take magnesium to help me sleep. It relaxes your muscles and can make you sleepy.

Anybody else have input for magnesium???I can't seem to get anything to work these days.

Before last years steroid shots for pain. I had some things I could do or take to perk up a bit.... Now I'm a sad, lump. In bed way to much.
