Daughter gets this symptom. She has Lyme, Bart, Babs, MycoP.
I am not sure which one is the cause, but since she recently started treating Babs, the flushing/hot feeling is getting better.
Hope you feel better.

I noticed this first from Doxy (mostly very hot hands) but then when I started Mino it really hit the roof.
Not sure if it's the abx or if it is because it's killing something or what. I hate this symptom.
