Hello,

I posted here a while ago about a relapse and how I was feeling. CD4a isn't too elevated (in the 4000s I think now) but CD57 is still around 60.

Saw the doc Nov 1 (the day my insurance kicked in [Smile] ) and she had just returned from the Lyme conference with some new techniques. My program is now rifampin, zith and bactrim, taking it 4 days a week, then a break for 3. Repeat this dosing for two weeks, then take a week completely off. Then resume with the 4 on 3 off.

I felt better after the first two weeks, but felt terrible the week (this week) I was supposed to have a break. I took the meds a day late and feel significantly better.

Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I'm also supposed to add cryptolepsis, but the source I found online is out.

Thanks in advance.

Dex,

Hmm, did the doctor say to expect to feel bad on the off weeks?

Is that a protocol to cover Lyme and some of the co-infections?

If so, which co-infections are covered by that protocol?

Thanks.
Mary
