Am assuming you aren't suppose to take CoQ10 with Malarone?

Starting it Monday and am a bit apprehensive

I believe this was discussed here this summer. If I remember right, malarone has some of the mepron med mixed in it and mepron and CoQ10 are a no no. My son is on malarone and I quit his CoQ10.

My other son is on coartem for 3 days a month and I can give CoQ10 the other days.

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Thanks Kari... did your sons have any problems with

vomiting or nausea?

Also, is the Coartem more tolerable or did you

notice any difference in the reactions (coartem vs malarone?
