I heard it years ago from Dr. K., but he said it again today -- stay away from it - it inactivates the T-cells / killer cells and inactivates the macrophages.
I love my black turtleneck and he complained about it years ago..... He doesn't like ART testing over black either.... Cotton is worse. Silk is okay.
It all has to do with light.
