Himalayan pink sea salt is good, probably some other sea salts are good. Regular "table salt" is cheaper but toxic.

- It's vital to get the precise information before just increasing salt, sea salt or not.
Gael, glm1111, is very well versed on this top. Find her. -

<<<<< MichaelTampa and Keebler >>>>>,
Thank You for the input!!!
I am still researching so hopefully I can get info from glm1111 [ brain is slow right now... perhaps I can PM her ].
I had heard of the Himalayan pink salt, but don't know much about the various salts yet.
Was taken off Salt years and years back, and sometimes I need it...everything will taste way salty until I have the right amount.
I am interested in the Salt/C protocol tho' for sure.
Thanks again for input...I appreciate it!

I use Real Salt and Esther C powder with bioflavinoids by American Health. I get both at Vitacost.
I started with 1/4 tsp each sea salt and vit C in a large glass of water. Ramp up slowly and increase 1/4tsp at a time according to how you are herxing.
Drink extra water. Good Luck! You can join lymestrategies for more support.

Real salt is easier than himalayan and a very big bottle is $5 - lasts forever. I prefer the regular C to the ester C ( also cheaper).
Concerning your diabetes I think there is good evidence that these people need chromium f.e. 200mcg - is a spectracell test. You should try it!

<<<<< Karenl >>>>>,
I think the diabetic support supplement I got recently has chromium in it. I'll have to check.
TxC' and I have been trying to find supp's etc. that have more than one thing in them that I need. It eases the costs some.
I'll check out the C's next time we are at the store to shop. I was wondering about the salts.
We've seen some of the Himalayan salt slabs, that the chefs use,but they are way expensive...tho' the color is beautiful.
I gotta research more now to see just what we can get a hold of that is quality products and easy on the pocketbook!
Thanks for the info'
