Hi <<<<< Lyme Family >>>>>,
For some reason the magnesium and such that usually helps isn't... I woke up w/ a foot cramp/charlie horse and had one again a bit ago...
Have a bit of a sinus infection too,and trying to keep hydrated... any ideas what might help w/ the cramping?
It is beyond annoying, especially when it wakes me up...
Thanks for any tho'ts and ideas!

Electrolyte imbalance can cause cramping. Magnesium is only one of the electrolytes. Also need calcium, potassium, sodium, chloride...
I have had good results from homeopathic Cuprum Met. for muscle cramps when electrolyte supplementation isn't enough to stop the cramps.

Hi <<<<< Razzle >>>>>,
Thank you for the ideas!
Will see what happens w/ a bit more supplementation, I may not be getting quite enough calcium??!
I generally know if my sodium is off, because everything will taste salty to me.
Just starting to learn about homeopathics, so the information is helpful for certain!
Like so many w/ finances overly strained, we are in the buy one supplement at a time, as pay days come.
But our favorite compounding pharmacy is carrying some of the homeopathics right now ,so after I get another supplement I need,
we may be able to try some homeopathy remedies and see what helps.
It is probably safer for me to only add in one item at a time ,that way if I have a reaction,I can find what it stems from.
Thanks again so much for the info'!
