I don't recommend a brand, but I do recommend getting the extended release version.

I use both. I use source naturals sublingual and also natrol timed release.

I like Life-flo's pump body cream.

One full pump is 3 mg which is too much for me--makes me restless.

But I've learned to press the pump button just enough to get probably 1 mg.

It's one less thing to put in my mouth!

Tutu gave you the best there is. We actually tested brands and this was the best and inexpensive too.
