Hi All,
Thought I'd share with you that I am finally sweating like a NORMAL person!
I went for a run (yes, you read it correctly), and came home - my entire back was drenched - Woot!

That's great! I can't remember the last time I could sweat, even infrared sauna didn't cause it. I would pass out from heat before my body would break a sweat.

It's incredible. I worked outside last summer - I had to wear a cooling vest the whole time (ice water pumped through the vest) - and in retrospect, I don't think - even with the vest off - I sweat _once_ in the +/- 100 heat!
