Ok Im new to the Lyme world... Waiting on an appointment with a specialist. My GP gave me a copy of my labs today and I was hoping someone could help me understand a little better..

Here is a link to the post that explains the Western Blot test.

As you will see, the explanation was written by a lyme specialist. The doctor explains that if you have a positive ("present") on any one of certain bands on the test AND you have symptoms of lyme, then he considers that important evidence that the person has lyme.

You have positive readings on band 41 of the IgG and band 23 of the IgM.

Band 23 is a significant band and indicates the presence of lyme in a patient with lyme symptoms.

Did you have any IND bands? They can be significant also.

Tu Tu, No way I can ignore this.. Ha! I have been through the wringer.. Going on 6 years and I just want to get better. No one ever suggested lyme!
