Do capsules work as well as powder form?

I think they do, but you have to take a lot of them as with the powder you just mix it in some water and drink.

I have only used the powder but I have heard of people using capsules with success.

YES! I take one in the a.m. and one in the p.m ... I think they are 750mg .. I buy mine at Swanson's Vitamins online.

$10 a month!

IF you get an infection, you can take more. Like one every 2 hours.

Capsules usually contain fillers - especially the ones that cause us more biofilm, i.e. mag stearate. It is needed for flow of the powder in manufacturing.

D-Mannose itself is almost tasteless and dissolves instantly. Why add more capsule and fillers? Besides that - in powder form Mannose costs a lot less.

1 teasp. twice a day -
