Would like to know if anyone has used Suprax with success for lyme, the oral Suprax.
Am in Canada, they dont have Omnicef here.

I cannot take Ceftin, had bad reaction, so the LLMD said I may be ok with 3rd generation.

Has anyone had success with Suprax and what dosage were you taking?

I am on Mepron and azithromycin and will be adding this in and flagyl later.

Hi,

To my knowledge, Suprax is not available for adults in the US. It is available for children.

My son has been taking it for about 2 months, and for the last week, zith as well. It's too soon to tell how effective it is, but I can say that since he started the zith again, his GI issues have once again started to resolve. (We think he has bart as well, which zith would address.)

When he was on Suprax alone, he had a lot more physical symptoms. Again, the time frame is too short to tell you much.

I'm on suprax. Anyone else taken it? How does it compare with ceftin, omnicef?
