I'm no LLMD or seeing one as of yet but the doc I'm seeing now who treats lyme has me on ceftin and azithromycin. I have a appt with a well known LLMD (my first llmd visit) next week & I'm almost 100% sure my treatment will change per the stuff I've been reading on this site. http://www.lymenet.org/BurrGuide200810.pdf
Hope this helps....

For years my lym Bart combo was rocephin/Zithromax Iv. When in remission, was ceftin, zithro oral. Worked for years. Time was up. In hell last two when she added rifampin, should have let sleeping dogs lie. I'd rather live on orals for life than go through wha m going hrough since 09. Know it wasn't gone, but I had some quality of life. Good luck.
