Not sure if the spells I have are Lyme, allergies or what...
Been able to be up and out and about some..
Far from what I would like and there are still days I can't ..
Have been having what I call Spells or Lyme Atracks.. I am wondering if its MCS, Allergies but all of a sudden wihtin minutes I become so sick. Not sure sick is the word..
Its like I have been attack my whole body feels like it is shutting down.. Weak, Nausea, Weird feelings in my head, ringing in ears etc and if I didn't lie down I think I would pass out.. It last about 5 hours then, thank God it begans to go away...I am so sick I feel I am dying..Its like a panic attack without panic..I mean the way it comes and leaves.. I am too sick to panic.
Wish I could describe the way I feel more in detail but its hard to describe..
So afraid to plan of go anywhere in case this comes on just our of the blue. I wonder if it is something I have eaten or something I come in contact with..
No new meds or anything new... Feeling somewhat improved except for these "spells"

Tks. Sorry about your pain. I forgot to mention I have horrible chills like the ones you have with a bad infection.. can't take the cold or heat...
Oh, get so sick and tired of this... think I am on the road to some improvement and then this shows up..

Could it be your adrenals are exhausted?
Or low blood sugar episodes?
Does it happen when you are hungry or maybe just mildly stressed?

MannaMe, tks for your reply.. I don't think it is any of what you mentioned.. It has no rhyme or reason when it happens.. My blood sugar and blood pressure were okay..
I had, had a so called good day doing a few mild chored nothing big and was getting ready to go with hubby and friends to eat and wham it hit and to bed I go..
Know one seems to have a clue I don't think its a Lyme thing but who knows...

My husband used to have spells that he described as "The wheels fell off!" (of a car) He used to be an auto mechanic.
And if it was really bad spell, he'd say the wheels fell off and the axles fell out too! One time even the doors fell off!
It would hit him like a ton of bricks - wham! And he was done for - took awhile to recuperate from one of those spells.
He found snacking / eating something regularly, helped to avoid those spells. He kept snacks along with him at all times. He tried to eat a blend of protein, good fats, and none starchy carbs for his snacks.
He also started using James Wilson's adrenal support supplements. He hasn't had a full blown spell in a long time. He also learned to rest BEFORE he gets too tired.
His blood sugar was always in the normal ranges. But we learned from a friend, that even if its in the normal ranges, it can make you feel bad by how rapidly the blood sugar rises / falls.
He felt weak, nauseated, and as though he would pass out. If he couldn't get food / drink in quick enough to fend it off, he would literally shake uncontrollably. He would be exhausted afterwards and it generally took him a few days to recover from the really bad episodes.

I feel louzy today alln the lyme symptoms like a sinus infection and body aches so will chalk it all up as lyme.. I see the doctor in April but getting somewhat discouraged with doctors.. they can only do so much..
