So I have been taking liquid sublingual b 12 for a few days and I think I am feeling a bit better. I do eat meat so I'm not sure why this is a problem.
What does low b12 mean? parasites? bad diet?

I use subcutaneous methycobalamin B12. It makes a huge difference in my energy. I don't know what it means

You could have a problem with absorption of B12 or a problem with utilizing it.
There are gene mutations that can impact B12 and also some people lack intrinsic factor, which limits your ability to use it (your badu has to convert B12 found in foods to a different form).
The methyl form is one that has already been converted. Sublingual methyl means you can also bypass the need to absorb it in your stomach/duodenum.
If it is helping, then keep taking it!
