to be off my meds for 3 days before my coartem pulse. I feel like the boogie man is going to get me !!! I stopped mepron, plaquenil and zith. Of course I still have my bicillin in me.
Am I being paranoid?

Coartem hits people very differently. For some, there is no discernable reaction one way or another. For me, the first time I took it, I was flattened on the couch for a wee & could barely sit upk!! And after that, I could barely walk! (I was clearly loaded with Babs).
The next times I took it, I was fine. After I got over the first herx, I was A LOT better. It wasn't a cure, but a big help.
You're lucky you haven't had to be off tx more than that!! I wish I could say the same.

fflutterby, don't sweat being off your meds. Most of them stay in the bloodstream for up to 72 hrs. (especially mepron).
