I woke up in the middle of the night and my ears feel plugged or like there is water in them. I didn't wash my hair yesterday, so I couldn't of let water in while showering.
Both ears have the same sensation
Feels creepy and I am probably yelling at people...
I haven't added or changed anything..nothing new.
Thanks..

Allergies do this to me...
Could also be a sinus infection or cold...

I have this too but it's only in one ear! I normally take an OTC allergy tablet and it clears up. I thought that I had read somewhere that Lyme affects your ears. But my brainfog is so bad, I don't remember where I read it!! LOL
