Besides one small movements it's been three weeks since I've gone to the bathroom. I have tried Castor Oil, laxatives, and a mineral fleet enema earlier today. All have failed. I'm also very nauseous, and in terrible pain. How worried should I be?

What I do when this sort of thing happens to me is go on a 100% liquid diet, increase Vitamin C and Magnesium until stuff starts moving out (making sure to increase water intake also), and give it a few days to clear everything out.
Sometimes, homeopathic remedies have helped also - Bryonia if my BM's are extremely dry, Nux V if I keep feeling like I have to "go" but nothing or not much happens when I try.
Another thing that I've observed to be helpful is taking the fresh squeezed juice of half a lime in 4 oz. warm water immediately upon getting up in the morning & again just before bedtime (I had to put a little honey in it to be able to drink it, and the doctor who suggested this said that was ok).
Colonics have also proved helpful for me with severe constipation.

May I say, in general, I have found that drinking mangosteen juice can keep intestines regular.

I think you need to see a doctor. That long w/o a BM not good. With your other symptoms especially.

Have you tried drinking a bottle of mag citrate?
If I do that with consecutive nights of enemas and taking max amount of dulcolax, I will eventually have success.
I have a doctor now who seemed very confident that lactulose would solve all my issues. All it does is liquify everything. It still won't come out until I use dulcolax and enema.

Ugh, mag citrate would be a terrible idea if you have a bowel obstruction. Which of course, you don't know.
HK, any progress today?

Razzle that's what I was thinking of doing ! (: i have every symptom of pancreatitis (but i have every symptom of a lot of diseases/cancers so idk and am tired of trying to find myself a diagnosis, being as sick as i am) so i figured if I went ahead and did a 10 day fast it'd not only help cleanse my intestines, but also helo rid any pancreatic issues IF any.
Soooo i didn't have a bite to eat until 7pm came along. 7pm when i very prematurely gave in and had myself some Chinese food. Two hours later I threw it up, and it came out almost exactly as it went in. In large chunks, as if it wasn't digested at all. I just don't know : /

I have no magnesium tablets or manganese right now, but have tried castor oil, which I read is the mother of laxatives, miralax, a mineral enema, and just picked up prune juice this morning.

I think you need to go to a doctor and get checked for bowel blockage. Sooner is better, untreated obstructions can rupture and be very dangerous...

Thank you Razzle. What do you think i should ask to have done? What tests? Is there anything that could help diagnose and help this condition other than colonoscopy?

Often those things don't work well enough for me so I must take Miralax along with my Mag every day.
If I do not do this I can be constipated for over 6 weeks... It's horrible! Causes terrible pain, distention, nausea, vomiting, makes life generally miserable. Through extensive testing, I've found out that I have severe Autonomic Neuropathy problems.
Anyways, I have to take 3 capfuls of Miralax everyday to stay regular. (Doctor recommended)
You must drink lots of extra fluids with both Miralax and Mag to enable them to work.
Since you are really stopped up, it may take a few days to get things moving. Liquid diet will help you. Your body needs the nutrients and the liquids.
Just one warning. When constipated really bad, often loose or liquid stool comes out first. It may take a day or two to pass the more solid stool. So don't be alarmed and back down on your dose if you experience that.
If you go too low of a dose, Miralax and Mag will not work.

Plain film x-ray of the abdomen is a good test for identifying a bowel blockage. An abdominal ultrasound, CT or MRI may also be done.
The CT or MRI may require the use of an oral contrast agent, though, and in the setting of a blockage, the contrast agent may not be that well tolerated and may not reach the area where the blockage is (depending on how backed up everything is)...
And yes, if insufficient dose of magnesium is used, or if not enough fluids are consumed with the magnesium, it won't work.
My personal experience with Miralax was that it made things worse for me (dried out my intestinal wall, so not only did I have the impacted stool, there was no lubrication to help it move along).
