when i went to the dentist yesterday they recommended i take chrondointin (i t hink that's the wrong spelling but you know what i mean) with msm.
then i saw on fox news some doctor said chrondroitin was totally useless and so was msm.
have you tried it? it's supposed to help tmj problems and i've read it's also for joints.
hate to waste money on useless supplements.
oh yes they said to increase my vitamin c to 2000 per day. i had only been taking about 200.

Yes, but it depends on the person. For me it's absolutely necessary in reducing some of the joint pain/inflammation.
