I'm going on two years and getting worried about having complications when it's removed.

Congrats for taking such good care of your PICC You should have no problem when the time comes for them to remove it.
They currently don't recommend routine removal and replacement of PICC lines unless your doctor suspects you have a problem with your current line.
If the PICC has not migrated out at all, no sign of infection, no sign of weakness or potential cracking in the catheter then keep it! That is of course only if you need it, have it pulled as soon as you are done with the IV antibiotics.
