I think that it is recommended on the bottle to take transfer factors first thing in the morning.
I always gave my daughter her GABA and L-Theanine in the morning to help her with her anxiety during the day.

I take NT 3 times a day with meals. It is helping. Not sure about issues with ABX but I have not experienced any issues taking it right after ABX.
I take the Theanine in morning and lunch.
If I remember to take the GABA it is just before bed.
All the Best, MattH

I always took GABA in the evening because it helped me with sleep. The anti-anxiety effects would last about 24 hours after each dose for me...
Haven't tried L-Theanine (or is it supposed to be L-Threanine?) or Transfer Factors.
