I've always felt that I've stored a lot of toxins/ammonia and am really trying to focus on turning my body into detox mode.

What are some ways this can be achieved?

KPU minerals?
Infrared Saunas?
Jernigans Antitox II?

My body is an acidic waste and DETOX MODE needs to be turned on [Smile]

You have to find out what you need to detox - what is the major toxin you are carrying and need to unload? For that you need to do some lab work and/or energetic testing by a seasoned practitioner.

Admitting many of the agents that we use cross over into various toxic areas, but you need to first know where to start. If you are found to be carrying parasites, toxic metals, you need to act on that. The infections are much easier to get under control when the toxic body burden is lowered. Get tested for KPU or find a practitioner who can test you energetically.

You can easily turn your body into detox mode if you know what the toxins are! For that you need a doctor/practitioner who practices on that basis.
That will give you a plan and protocol to follow.

Wishing you, as always, the best to reach your goal!

Here is a quote from Dr. H's talk at the recent lyme conference in Toronto:

"Some of his patients get better with glutathione alone. It opens up the detox pathways (is an anti-oxidant)."

To see all my notes, go to this thread:

There is a Detox Support thread here.

And I love how you worded it.

PUSHING YOUR BODY INTO DETOX MODE>

We have to push and push and do enough detox at the right intensity and frequency and do it correctly as we will feel the body shift into detox mode. Its like night and day.

Dont give up! Push!
