I remember, deep in the cobwebs, that waking up at the same time at night was related to Babesia.

Is this correct or am I just dreaming it....

My guess would be that a particular organ or body system is under more stress.

I wake up the same time everynight and I don't have Babesia...doctor told me it was adrenals being off.

If you believe in the meridian chart, then waking up between 1 and 3 means liver is in distress.

Parasites like to play at night too, so who knows. If you're waking up all sweaty, then it's either babs, menopause or your room is too hot. I sure am helpful, not.

Hypoglycemia can cause interruption of sleep. Some suggest a cracker before bed but that's not at all wise, IMO, especially with so many here on gluten-free and no simple carb food plans.

Instead a very TINY snack mid-evening: A few bites of a vegetable &/or a bit of quinoa with a dash of a good quality oil.

What time are you waking up?

Waking up at a consistent time is normal unless you are getting less than 6-9hrs of sleep

I believe this is a very common problem for millions of people, myself included � People with or without Lyme & co.�s. are affected.

From what I�ve read in the past relating to this problem; it seems the hours of 2 -3am are the most common times we walk early. But, 3am seems to be the average time we wake.

Do some research online; there are a lot of good remedies to stay asleep.

The room is HOT.....my husband has to have the heater cranked up. I don't like the heater at all.

But cold beats hot in this house. Sometimes I put a little fan on just to move air.

The heater is set at 68. But it all goes upstairs.....

Dogsandcats, I always sleep with the ceiling fan on when sleeping.

I too think, keeping the air flowing is a good idar.
