My LLMD has be taking GrapeFruit Seed Extract. I'm taking the liquid form of it by NUTRIBIOTIC. it contains citricidal

so she has me taking 5 drops of it twice a day.

I am wondering is that the full dose? how much are you supposed to work up to?

anyone know? what was your experience with this?

I don't have the answer (hopefully others will post). In the meantime, here's the basic formula for finding it:

You might check their website for the official word.

Google: Townsend+Letter, grapefruit+seed+extract

(and then search Townsend for that exact product)

Then: grapefruit+seed+extract, borrelia+cysts

Google the manufacturer's name & the product name to see what else you might find.

The bottle says "mix 5-15 drops in water 1-3 times a day". So specific and helpful!

I use 15 drops 3x a day (the max dose) as my standard dose now. I don't remember what I started at.

haha yes. It is terrible. I've been taking it for over 2 years and I'm still not used to it. But if it works...!

As far as I know, there is no standard dose of GSE for anybody with a neurological disease. Some people tolerate 2 drops - some tolerate 30 or more. I would have passed out with 10 drops a day for certain.

I never made it my main antimicrobial or anti-anything for that reason. I did not like it and found others to suit me better.

If you don't like the taste, maybe put it in a veggie cap for easier swallowing. I do that with the Rizole oils that I used quite a bit for similar purposes.
