Can anyone explain this technique to me. I've just recently read about it. How do you mix it, what are the best types of salt and C, what can be expected? Thanks.

Have any of you found this method successful? Have you used it while using antibiotics?

Are you worried about consuming to much salt? As long as you do not use processed table salt (which is toxic) or chemically isolated vitamin C, you could be fine doing it. Salt is known to kill bacteria and even parasites.
I've never used it. I'm sticking with what is proven to work for the bulk of patients with Lyme disease (Diet, ABX, Exercise & Natural Vitamins. Just My choice..
Good luck and be sure to come back and let me know how it all works out for ya, if you do go that route.
