Is it ok to skip a night of abx? My stomach is a mess and I really don't feel well enough to eat anything to take them with. Interestingly enough I actually feel worse since beginning on a stronger probiotic than I did with a weaker one.

i would stop taking the probiotic and then gradually increase. I'd treat that symptomatically. i wouldn't skip the abx, but i don't think one night would make a big difference either way.

I doubt that is the problem. Beginning abx can make you herx within days.

I skip ABX here and there for reasons like stomach distress. I tell myself it is a marathon, not a sprint, and in my opinion it's better to pace myself so I can take more ABX the next day than to push through and make everything worse.

You can skip a night, IF your GI tract seems just WAY too far out'a balance. Lyme won't recover in just a day... or 2. This is why pulsing w/ certain stronger antibiotics- 4 days on, 3 days off- works for Lyme.
But feeling worse is usually a delayed effect of the antibiotoics- a "herx"- especially if you've just recently started... or started on a New Lyme abx.
As far as probiotics, you could try going back on tne "weaker one". Just take more?

I'm not new on abx so it is not a herx. With a history of IBS I believe betweeen the constipation the neurontin is causing and the addition of a more powerful probiotic my stomach is reacting to it.

I've never heard of a 'bad resction' to a probiotic, though I'm not familiar with 'Ultimate 10'. I wonder if it's a bad batch?
I'd go with the acidopholus and add some other known good probiotic, like plain kefir, which Market Basket now carries (Lifeway brand) for only 2.99/ quart. That always helped me.
