I would start here:

http://ilads.org/ilads_media/lyme-disease-videos/

3/4 of the way down:

Identifying Environmental Illness and Mold Exposure in Patients with Persistent Lyme Disease.

Lisa L. Nagy, MD Video $15.

(She is NOT A LLMD, however, she understands the kind of toxicity issues faced by many with lyme. She did not have lyme but overcame very serious MCS & mold problems.

She spoke at the recent ILADS conference. It's an excellent presentation.

This is Dr. S's site.
http://www.survivingmold.com/

He used to have a list of tests but I'm not finding it at the moment.

This page outlines many of the areas that are tested for biotoxin exposure. This would include mold and borrelia toxins.
http://www.survivingmold.com/diagnosis/the-biotoxin-pathway

Some of the tests that I've had in order to diagnose not only the genetic issues but biotoxins in general.

MSH (quest)
Leptin (quest)
C4a (quest)
HLA for genetic/immune system issues in dealing with biotoxins (quest)
VCS (visual contrast sensitivity)

Other tests
VEGF
maybe cytokines (not sure about that)

you can also be tested for mold antibodies or at least I was tested in 2006. I assume that is still available.

Terry
