I have been noticing that I get 2 days that are slightly better and then 3 or 4 that are awful. What does a cycle mean.

On a bad day the sx are
Crashing fatigue
Major brain fog memory problems and difficulty organizing
Headaches radiating from upper shoulders into my head
Sharp headaches generally on the right
Swollen neck glands on the right
Chills
Totally overwhelmed in crowds due to diffiiculty processing

In addition to other symptoms that are always present better or bad day

Numbness
Tingling
Lower back pain
Sensory issues Eg can fill an itch but when I scratch I can't feel it
Slight brain fog
Muscle twitching

Trying to figure out if these correspond with a coinfection, which they do but can't tell whic one primarily so if you could help with the idea of symptom/coinfection cycles it may help me determine which treatment I should push for

Thanks

I don't know much about the cycles. Just find a good LLMD and let him/her decide which coinfections you have.

Here is the symptoms list:

Sounds like babesia for sure, maybe bart.

The wait is so long. I need to try to figure things out in the meantime.

But I know you are absolutely right! [Smile]

To me sounds babesia and bartonella.I have them both so they are reproducing at this time in your case .

I had that exact symptoms. You have them BOTH.You listed BABESIA symtoms first and than BARTONELLA.Seems both activated ( reproducing ).
