I tried it a few years ago, and it was worthless and kept me from getting proper treatment....

The only useful tips i came away with were coffee enemas and sauna.

What's up with the "sexual restraint"?? He puts it in the same category as posture and hygeine!!

I don't really equate sex with my spouse with not brushing my teeth, or slouching! [lol]

Yeah, I know... I tried to not read any of the preachy stuff. The other ideas are pretty reasonable... detox, sauna, hygine.

For sure, it doesn't replace killing a potential pathogen. I think it's an ajunct "philosophy" about balancing minerals to get rid of toxins & detox concepts.

I think it's based on Dr. Eck's work but I haven't thoroughly studied it. I'm looking for a less harsh way to detox metals & other stuff. I'd like to be able to do it on my own without going to a doctor.
