given the herx reaction you had from Humwaworm, you might want to proceed with caution in doing both.
Why not just continue with the Humaworm alone and introduce Buhner according to how you feel. Stopping and starting antiparasitics is not a good idea.
You also have to get rid of the eggs and larva so they won't keep reproducing. Taking extra cloves that kill eggs would also be a good idea for you.
