I've never been concerned about parasites and doubted I had them. But a few days after starting banderol, I think I saw some, but only once.
I've used salt c in the past and didn't notice anything.
I see it emphasized here so much that you must get rid of them first.
How do people know that they have them for sure? Is there a way without being tested?
And since I'm now on Banderol which is an anti-parasitic, is this enough?

I seriously doubt any one treatment would be enough. It is a matter of catching them with the right treatment at the right time. Some need to rotate from treatment to treatment over time.
I wonder also about when one is done. I suppose one is never done, the parasites are everywhere and we will always have some, so maybe it is a think to keep at on some level.
