I have two issues left. Heart Skips which is a new sx and nerve pain which is not new but a bit different.

I am trying to see if this is real nerve pain. I think is nerve pain b/c it is not around joins nor is the area of the pain sore. In fact, if I press hard in the area of the pain I cannot induce it or make it worse.

I get 2 types of pain but similar. They both just feel like pin needle deep inside the muscle. The diff between the 2 is that one feel like is the pin was really hot so it makes the pain a bit stronger.

They are no constant. They pulse like I will get a few "staves" and then the will go away and come back. I have had days with no pain...actually weeks. but since treating biofilm the pain is there every day. Some days better than others but not too bad. I can actually live with this but I know that if this is active lyme stopping abx would not be a good idea.

An interesting thing as well is that sometimes the pain hits at the same time in 2 different areas like feet and arm. And the pulsing of the pain is even at the same time. I noticed that the burning one is mainly is my feet / toes. Not affect by walking or anything.

So I think what I am describing is nerve pain (neurophaty?)

Any good supplement that can help? can this be lyme or the co-infections. All my other sx are gone: fever, body jerks, headaches, fatigue etc

"Heart skips" might be a symptom of low magnesium.

The pain in your feet sounds like it's neuropathy.
I had numbness in my feet for six weeks...when I took a good B Complex, the feeling returned the next day.

I didn't realize that the aching pain in my legs was neuropathy until it went away with B12 sublingual.

I tried this one:
Now Foods, Instant Energy B12,
http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Instant-Energy-B12-75-Packets-2-65-oz-75-g/5286?at=0

I took this, not sure of what would happen.
Would I feel more energy? I have awful fatigue.
What happened was, a couple hours after I took it, I noticed that my legs had stopped aching.
Omg...the leg pain was neuropathy!

Eight hours later, my legs began to hurt again, so I took more of the B12.
I took it two or three times per day for about two months, then went to twice daily, then once daily.

I took the Instant Energy sublingually, to be sure that it got absorbed into the bloodstream.
Stomach acids may destroy B12, from what I understand.

I never really noticed that I had more "energy."

There are other supplements that can help neuropathy.
Source Naturals, Acetyl L-Carnitine & Alpha-Lipoic Acid, look at the reviews.

If you want to buy that product, Amazon has a better price.

So doing some reading I found that B vit is needed to maintain a good nervous system. And also helps with palps...

If I am not mistaking it is recommended to take b complex on on flagyl which I am taking but I took flagyl for a month with out taking a b complex. maybe there is a conection?
