Hey guys,
I wanted to do an elimination diet to see what I am intolerant to.

I have been muscle tested before and the results have be inconsistent with symptoms i have....which makes me think-- well what else is wrong with the results.

I have had trouble really seeing clear symptoms from certain foods, but have Celiac, and horrible GI problems.

Anyone have like an elimination diet plan they could send me? I want it to be easy to understand/ follow

I am currently trying the yeast free diet. Thanks to Lymetoo's knowledge/input. She gave me a lot of good info.

Eliminating yeast/gluten for starters. I am having a lot of gas/bloating. And can't lose weight no matter what I do.

Maybe Lymetoo or Keebler will help out. I'm not sure how to add links.

Yea I've done every diet known to man. SCD, yeast, vegan, pale, atkins, etc.

I don't eat grains, dairy, eggs, sugar, most starches. I guess i just don't have a good idea of anything in particular the I'm intolerant to.

I stay on this diet just for digestive discomfort and blood sugar symptoms.
