Please post something simple that you have done to help with your lyme disease, and how it helped you.

I put 3 to 4 drops of oregano oil by Vitality Works in about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water and sloshed it around to mix it (not a dropper full, that might put you in the hospital). Then, slosh it in my mouth and gargle with it. Either spit out the first gargle or swallow it. The second gargle, keep it moving, gargle and swallow. Usually, there is enough for about 2 or 3 gargles. IT DOES STING maybe for 20 to 30 seconds. (oregano oil is one of the most potent anti-viral, -fungal, -bacterial substances in the world)

This helps me because the pain in my neck and spine go away immediately, and I feel some relief in my head.

Hi Razzle,

Do you have a certain brand that is working well for you with the nettle leaf powder? I have hip pain recently and I'd like to get a brand that is working well.

Rest and pacing myself- lets my body heal and not become too stressed. When I don't pace myself and get good sleep, I feel it the next day.

I take way too many supplements and vitamins to know what has helped.
