Why, after a year of abx and iv, would I still get afternoon fevers. Had it today from about noon-2:30, 99.8 degrees. I don't get it. And yes, I've been treated for co-infections. I guess I'm wondering if it's a sign that there's still active infection or is my body just reacting to stuff dying or... maybe it's simple like I'm not sleeping enough?

Sorry you are having this happen. I can not tell you why you get the fevers, but I can say you are not alone. It is fairly common. Hope it is more normal soon.

Thanks Tincup. I guess I'm just frustrated because I've been under very aggressive treatment and have improved in many other areas.
