Here is what I have on hand:

http://www.Naturemade.com/Products/Herb-Supplements/Odor-Controlled-Garlic

The website gives info stating that it is "quick cool dried". Tablet form.

More research found this:

http://www.Resveratrol-and-anti-aging.com/garlic-supplements.html

Describes various ways to process garlic - effectively saying "cool dried" is the best and Allicin is still "preserved". (paraphrased).

What to think? All I know is last night I took one and today I feel like I am herxing.

Yesterday I had also taken:
Three A. Charcoal capsules,
Two Apple Pectin capsules,
Two Stinging Nettle Capsules,
One Ginger Capsule

which I have done before.

Last night was the first time to take the Garlic the same day as the other supplements.

Thoughts? TIA.
