I'm just starting the Core after testing positive for HPU. The Klinghardt HPU protocol recommends taking some of the needed minerals before breakfast and some before bedtime, but that's if you're taking individual minerals. How do you time things if you're taking the Core?

The label says to take up to 4 caps per day, but it doesn't say whether it's best to take them a.m. or p.m., or whether to take the caps all at once or in divided doses.

And how do you time them in relation to binders? Gigi's post on binders dated April 2011 advises taking binders 15 minutes before every meal. I know the great importance of binders during HPU treatment, so I want to make sure I'm not taking them at a time that will interfere with the Core.

So the questions are:
1. how do I time my doses of the Core?
2. how do I time my binders?

Peggy

My son is taking The Core for KPU. He is up to 3 a day and after this week's artemesia will do 4 a day. I am clueless as to timing. The bottle doesn't advise.

If anyone answers I would appreciate the information also.

What binders are people using?

The woman at biopureus said that it is optimal to take a CORE capsule 20 minutes before a meal.

The label says to take 4 capsules per day.

Did she say to take one cap 20 minutes before eating 4 times a day? Or 2 caps 20 minutes before eating twice a day?

Or all 4 caps at once, 20 minutes before one meal?

And did she say whether it's better to take a.m. or p.m.?

Thanks.

Sorry I didn't ask about that as I assumed that they should be spread out for a relatively continuous delivery. A little confusing since the bottle says Serving Size: 4 Vegetarian Capsules. The biopureus number is on the bottle and says 800-801-6187. The woman is very helpful.

Thanks, I'll give her a call. Maybe if they get enough calls they'll start putting the info on the bottle.

I agree--it seemed logical to me to spread things out. But I read a lot about HPU/KPU, and the Klinghardt protocol advised taking certain minerals in the a.m. and others in the p.m. because of the way the body processes things.

Spreading out the various components won't work with Core, since everything is in the same pill. So that's what made me start questioning the best way to take it.

Thanks again.
