TF just wanted to say thanks to you for recommending the increase in Mag. Last night and tonight I was actually able to go out shopping. Have not been able to do that in so long. Today was the best day pain wise so far. I actually had to remind myself to slow down while walking at the mall Can't thank you enough, felt like I was actually getting my lfe back. I hope it continues. So now I'm wondering maybe I don't even need all these abx, just Mag?

Ha, ha, ha. You need the antibiotics because you have lyme disease.
The reason you need the magnesium supplement (which normal people don't need at all, and you need lots of it) is because you have lyme and it is depleting your body of magnesium.
I'm glad you are feeling better. You just stay the course. It is a long, slow treatment. Don't even think of quiting.
