Last week I started having a stinging sensation at the tip of my big toe. They last for less than 30 seconds and recur at random times. I had Lyme Disease about 10 years ago and have been symptom free for at least 8 years. In searching the internet for possible causes one site mentioned Lyme. But there are other random things mentioned on other sites like B vitamin issues. I thought I'd come back here after a long hiatus to see if other Lymies have had such random pain.

May be due to your shoes or lack of orthotics?

Ok thanks. Not gout - not in the joint at all. I think it may be the shoes.
