You can buy it directly from the VSL#3 website or request that your favorite pharmacy keep it in stock for you. Just make sure that they store it in the refrigerator.

At our local Costco, they keep it stocked behind the pharmacy in a refridgerator -
and the best price I've found (no cold shipping costs like if you buy online)
I take the capsules.

I also get mine from Costco, and use the capsules. Our Costco doesn't stock VSL#3, but all you do is call a day or two ahead, and they will get it in for you. I think it's about $45 per 60 capsules.
I take one a day(220 billion)and each bottle lasts two months.

As Lymetoo mentioned, see if you can get a prescription. My insurances covers it (minus co-pay) and I order from Express Scripts. It's shipped packed with lots of ice packs!

baileycup: I thought each serving had 225 billion and a serving was 2 pills. I hope you're right though because then I wouldn't have to buy as much.
