I am currently taking rifampin and since beginning it a few days ago I am suffering terribly with vaginal pain and discomfort. I do not believe the issue is yeast, but more so that the rifampin has resulted in my estrogen that I take for menopause, not working as well any more. Any one else have thses issues?

This can be caused by lichen planus, which is an inflammatory condition that can be caused by antibiotic use.
