Hi,

DD's LLND suggested Molybdenum for detoxing, MCS.

He did not give us a dose, but siad to get the lowest.

I found 1000mcg, so not sure what is a safe dose.

thanks in advance for help. [Smile]

First, you should call him and ask about the dose - remind him its for your DAUGHTER. (What is her age?)

That's 1,000 MICROgrams, so it's hard for me to gage what that means for molybdenum. He may recommend you cut the pill in half, if that's possible, depending on her age/body weight.

Don't guess. Get clarification.
Good Luck!

I take 300 mcg.s a day. That is the dose my LLMD has me on.

I have been taking this for quite some time and it does wonders for yeast as well. Helps the body to break down some of the toxins associated with yeast die-off.

I think it is also helping with MCS as well.

I agree, ask your LLND!
