Can someone explain the difference in these? LLMD wants me to take lymplus to help restore my immune system. I have a bottle of NT factor energy that I have not used. Are they inter-changeable?
I wish the research nutritionals website was a little more forthcoming with ingredients.
Has anyone taken the lymplus? what can I expect?

No, I don't think they are interchangeable.
Transfer factor influences the white blood cells and how they phage foreign bacteria.
The NT energy factor improves mitochondrial function, which helps the cells to function better. When the muscle cells function better, fatigue improves.

Thanks Carol. Should I take them both? Is there a better time of day to take them?

I suggest that you start one of them and see how you do. Then start the other in a couple weeks. That way you can figure out what's what if your symptoms get worse.
In my case, when I started transfer factor I was expecting to feel better, as that's what usually happens from what I read. But after a week, I didn't feel better, and after two weeks I definitely felt worse.
So I stopped. I was pretty disappointed, as I was planning to take the transfer factor for a month or two, and then buy the Lyme specific kind.
I read material about how it works, and people's experiences with it. It turns out that some people cannot utilize it due to the way their immune system is made, stuff about Th-1 and Th-2.
There are several people here who know alot about this, and there were some in depth discussions a year or so ago.
I tried NT energy factor a couple years ago, but after a couple weeks I did not notice ANY difference in my fatigue, so I stopped. I will probably try it again at some point.
