Canefan,

Good find! I am not having any of these issues but my wife asked me about for something like this just this morning.

I will let you know how she likes it.

All the Best, MattH

I was taking it for a while but didn't notice much of a differnce when I stopped. I don't think it's a bad thing but I didn't notice much of a difference at the time.

I think you can use baking soda or lemon to alkalinize. I also take a multi-mineral. I have a trace mineral supplement, too, from the Cowden protocol. Fulvic & humic acid... (I think it is).

I think people who do the simple methylation protocol worry about low potassium - so, something like that may help if you're doing methylation.

One can die from low potassium.

Sparkle's suggestion is great . I use a tiny amount of baking soda in a glass of water with lemon juice . CHEAP!

Supposedly apple cider vinegar ( 1 tsp ) in a glass of water once or twice a day is effective .

One place I have found wonderful info is "earth clinic " and it has many reviews for every kind of ailment and members hare their progress . Fabulously helpful!
