I know coffee is supposed to make yeast worse. It's the caffeine right? If I drink decaf will it not affect the yeast?

My LLMD did not tell me to stop drinking coffee. Do you have an article that shows that it contributes to yeast? -------------------- Faithful Just sharing my experience, I am not a doctor.

The caffeine kills good bacteria. Decaf contains a lot of chemicals. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
