So, I dont have much trouble falling asleep anymore. Sometimes I take Gaba Calm at night if I am alittle antsy and cant shut my mind off.
I was on trazodone for a few months when I had very very bad insomina. But I have since weaned of that.
Some nights I sleep straight through. Other nights I wake up at 2 3 4 5 and cant fall back to sleep.
What is a good supplement that would helpe me to stay asleep.
I do have plenty of Live Support NAC, ALA, Milk Thistle. I also take Mag at night.
And I take a probiotic at night.
Any suggestions??

Maybe, I will try to add melatonin back in. JCLD how much do you take.
I would really rather go the natural root

Ambien made my insomnia worse. So did trazadone and GABA. I vote for ativan and bendryl.
Good luck. I hope you get some relief from this.
