Been having a lot of insomnia lately, and I think it started about the time I went on artemesia. I've had it in the past from bart and/or babs, but this is worse and it's not letting up like it has before. Has anyone else on artemesia noticed this?

Toxicity = insomnia High cortisol = insomnia If you're herxing sleep can be hard to come by
