can your legs cramp or herx after exercise?? i'm not sure what's going on here.

i starting walking a mile this past sunday every morning. it takes me half an hour and it's a slow walk. can't do much more than that.

my legs have been hurting something fierce and massive cramps. one night i felt like someone had a rolling pin and was running it up and down my legs really hard.

it's all below the knees. i know i have circulation problems but can the exercise cause this pain or is the lyme herx type thing?

i have lost 2 pounds already. no craving for sugar at all, course that's probably the fungal defense. really watching the ole diet but it's tough isn't it?

i just feel like crap...i have that appt on monday and will mention the shortness of breath to the doc and see what he says.

GOOD JOB!! Maybe you need better shoes and/or orthotics in them!! Go to a good shoe store and get fitted for both.

i've got the custom insert thingies in my shoes, which are new balance. so they're pretty comfortable. i only really wear them to walk and they're pretty new.

ah gods, this ain't easy is it? i'm hoping he'll give me a referral to a new cardiologist cause the ole one is not taking any patients anymore. retiring i think.

still considering what to do about lyme tho.

GOOD! That is what I would have suggested on the shoes.

Make a habit for 21 days and you will stick to it.

Hope you find a new cardio.
